"My son car was involved in a hit and run. The back right side of car was smashed- to the point the back right tire was wacked out. We went to West Coast Auto collision.They were highly recommended. I can't say enough how impressed I was on from the start of the transaction to the end. Karla handle the front end part of business- with paper work, greeting customers and answer the phones. She is so sweet and made you feel welcomed. Ben, who handled the care of my son's car was amazing. He treated us like family and went out his way to save us money. The car was there a little longer then expected, but we didn't mind because Ben pays attention to detail and wants to make sure things are repaired, painted etc done right!! Thank you so much for a great experience and making us feel like we weren't another number, we were listened to. I highly recomend having your car needs met here. Thank you-Thank you - and God Bless."

"1st thing 1st i want to say thank you to benjamin (manager) and his staff for being friendly and giving outstanding service i was rear ended back in february and i had to go thru other parties insurance for the repair damages which took a little while not too long but once i took my vehicle in they did what they had to do took about 5 days to fix which i had no problem with and they were trying to get me a cheap rental car since i had to pay out of my pocket 1st then the other parties insurance would send me a reinbursement which benajin said it can take a while to send a check so i found that very sweet of him that he cared about me habing to pay a overly priced rental car and also they kindly fixed my trunk alignment due to a previous car accident i was involved in and brought in my car so this is my 2nd time coming in within a short time and after my 1st car repair they messed up the alignment and benjamin said they would take care of it which they did! Thank you very much for that! overall i was highly satisfied with everything they did thanks again guys! you guys are awesome!"
